[Announcement] Privacy-preserving Network PlatON’s PIP-10 Passed, v1.3.0 Officially Goes Live
Privacy-preserving computation network PlatON has completed its voting on PIP-10 proposal for chain governance upgrade at 03:23:28 on November 9, 2022 (UTC). 89.18% of nodes voted in favor, and PlatON v1.3.0 was officially operated at the block height of 45,531,841. The new version introduced the delegated locking mechanism (the de-delegated token will be locked for 56 epochs), and the EVM will return the new chain ID 210425.
Note:
To adapt to PlatON v1.3.0, ATON released v1.1.9. It’s suggested that all users complete the upgrade as soon as possible.
Users using PlatON ChainID 100 in MetaMask should change it to ChainID: 210425 to maintain the connection to the PlatON mainnet.
