Thank you for your continued trust and support of the Alaya Pioneer Network. With the PlatON mainnet is about to undergo a historic and critical upgrade, and with the successful completion of the Alaya Network ATP Holder Registration, we hereby solemnly announce that The Alaya Pioneer Network will officially commence the ATP exchange at block height 124,793,880.
ATP Exchange Details:
Eligible Participants: Community members who have completed the ATP holder registration process within the specified time frame.
Exchange Ratio: Successfully registered ATP will be exchanged for LAT at a ratio of 1:5 during this event.
Distribution Time: LAT distribution is expected to be completed by 23:59 (SGT) on January 28, 2025.
Distribution Method: LAT will be directly distributed to the registered LAT receiving address. Please monitor your address balance for changes.

The launch of ATP exchange marks the official entry of the Alaya Pioneer Network into a new phase of development. At the outset, to promote the long-term sustainable development of the pioneer network, we have introduced the Alaya Pioneer Network Development Support Plan, totaling 500 million LAT. As Alaya evolves into a new era, with the mainnet becoming increasingly robust and new payment and clearing business ecosystems flourishing, we will officially upgrade this plan to the Alaya Payment Innovation Special Fund , focusing on supporting innovative products, in-depth research, global collaboration, and ecosystem incubation in various payment and clearing fields.
We remain committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of data created and owned by every individual and institution. Leveraging the superior performance and security capabilities of the PlatON mainnet, combined with our advances in cutting-edge cryptographic technologies such as Secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Homomorphic Encryption, and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZK), we aim to embrace the transformative impact of privacy-based AI multi-agents on fintech and payment clearing. With existing institutional network and on-chain payment and clearing business capabilities built by TOPOS, we will focus on supporting payment-related ecosystem projects and provide developers with continuous resources and technical support to drive technological breakthroughs and ecosystem prosperity in the payment sector.
As the pioneer network of the PlatON mainnet, Alaya has played a significant historical role in the Byley era. As the forward base for PlatON’s entry into the future fully digital world, the creation and existence of Alaya itself serve as a testament to our cautious exploration and optimistic progress toward the future digital world. Now, with nearly four years of stable operation of PlatON, the historical phase of Alaya as a pioneer network has been successfully concluded. In this new development phase, Alaya will fully integrate into the PlatON payment and clearing network construction ecosystem, continuing to explore cutting-edge technologies and empower innovation and development in the payment and clearing fields.
With the upcoming historic and critical upgrade of the PlatON mainnet, we not only maintain compatibility with EVM but also further optimize consensus algorithms and security. It can be said that PlatON is increasingly becoming a public infrastructure characterized by reliability, robustness, security, high performance, and excellent compatibility.
After nearly two years of development, Topos has established comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with mainstream licensed financial institutions, including Payby, StraitsX, dtcpay, Allinpay, DCS, AlchemyPay, and Coins.ph etc. Together, we provide global partners with payment and clearing solutions and operational services based on the PlatON mainnet in areas such as stablecoin/Payment Token issuance, digital currency acquisition, cross-border remittances, and bulk trade. Based on zero-knowledge proof technology, we have also launched the powerful ZKPay, which completely breaks through the constraints of the existing payment and clearing system.
