One small question. If i raised project and start private blockchain its ok that blockchain have already more than 38700 blocks? I mean, If it’s a private network shouldn’t it only contain my transactions?

It’s OK
In order for transactions to be confirmed in a timely manner, PlatON produces a new block in an average of 1 second, even if there are no transactions on the network it will produce an empty block
