随着PlatON主网上线筹备工作的正式启动，PlatON于今日正式启动全球社区大使招募计划，以最大程度地发挥社区的力量，推动PlatON在全球范围影响力和认可度的提升。
PlatON社区大使计划隶属于LatticeX基金会Grants计划的社区和教育项目，通过以推动LatticeX旗下PlatON、Alaya等各社区不断成长的大使们作为火种，带动一批又一批成员加入社区，引领整个社区发展壮大。
大使使命

治理方式

每位大使从申请时开始，将在LatticeX基金会板块中的社区大使专栏得到一个自己的专贴，主要提交自己的申请信息以及后续的工作进展情况。
社区大使计划的治理团队——社区议会将对申请信息直接回帖来决定是否通过大使的加入，并根据是否通过每月工作进展报告来决定大使津贴的发放。
大使资格
凡是认可PlatON社区大使使命，对PlatON生态建设和社区成长抱有热情，有志于推广PlatON项目并且具备推广实力的社区成员，都可以报名申请加入大使计划。
由于分布式隐私AI和分布式金融基础设施的建设还处于起步阶段，大使们往往都需要具有独立运作的能力，而对未知领域的探索往往是漫长而又艰辛的，所以大使们还需要有持续的专注和忘我的投入，以及能够匹配推动社区成长壮大使命的相关能力和资源。所以，有着这些宝贵品质、能力和资源的社区成员，我们会认为他更具备成为一名杰出大使的潜质。

大使任务
完成大使任务是大使帮助社区成长的重要途径。大使需要每月在论坛的个人专贴中提交当月工作进展情况报告，申报内容包括对报告周期内任务的详细描述以及所达成的效果。在经社区议会对月报进行审核并确认后，将获得相应的积分，累积的积分将能够兑换为PlatON主网LAT。
需要预先申请活动支持经费的任务，也在大使专帖中发起申请以争取获得议会批准。
大使任务包括但不限于：
l 内容发表任务：撰写/制作（必须为原创）关于PlatON/Alaya的各类型文章/视频/音频并在各类媒体或者自媒体上进行发表。
l 线上活动任务：通过线上组织的形式，发起并组织关于PlatON/Alaya的AMA、访谈、直播类活动。
l 线下活动任务：通过线下组织的形式，发起并组织关于PlatON的meetup、workshop等各类型活动。
l 代表出席任务：代表LatticeX基金会出席各类线上线下会议、meetup、workshop
l 合作介绍任务：为LatticeX带来更多的合作、推广或其他能够有助于LatticeX生态和社区扩张的机会
l 自由提案任务：除了以上任务形式之外，为促进LatticeX生态发展和社区扩张，大使们可以自己提出相应任务
社区议会
为推动社区运营工作的去中心化和公开透明机制的实现，PlatON全球社区大使计划的治理将由社区议会来执行。
议会议员由以下人士组成：社区贤达、节点代表、媒体代表和LatticeX基金会成员。
第一届议会议员由LatticeX基金会邀请出任。后期的议会选举逐渐向PoS机制下的治理投票来演进，第一届议会的重要使命就是推动该愿景的实现和达成。
议会对大使计划的各项运转事务进行投票表决，重大事件召开电话会议进行，普通事件直接在论坛进行投票表决。
大使与志愿者
PlatON全球社区大使计划是一项长期的计划，其目标在于持续推动PlatON业务的发展壮大。PlatON主网上线筹备传播和社区工作组的志愿者，则只是支持PlatON主网上线的相关的筹备工作。
社区大使计划将由社区议会进行治理，筹备工作组志愿者则主要与LatticeX基金会的成员一起配合展开工作。
社区大使有内容范围更为广泛的任务可供选择和完成，以长期支持PlatON的成长。
筹备工作者的志愿者可以由社区大使来兼任。

With the official launch of the PlatON mainnet launch preparations, PlatON officially launched the global community ambassador recruitment plan today to maximize the power of the community and promote the global influence and recognition of PlatON.
The PlatON Community Ambassador Program is part of the community and education projects of the Grants Program of the LatticeX Foundation. Governance
The release and execution of the Community Ambassador Program, as well as the day-to-day management of the Community Council, will take place in the Community Forum to promote the practice of the Ambassador Program’s philosophy of deep community governance and open and transparent management.
From the time of application, each Ambassador will be given a dedicated post in the Community Ambassador section of the LatticeX Foundation board, mainly to submit their application information and subsequent progress of their work.
The Community Council, the governance team of the Community Ambassador Program, will post back directly to the application information to decide whether or not to approve the ambassador’s membership, and will determine the ambassador’s stipend based on whether or not the monthly work progress report is adopted.
Ambassador Eligibility
Any community member who recognizes PlatON’s community ambassador mission, has a passion for PlatON eco-building and community growth, is interested in promoting the PlatON project and has the strength to do so, can apply to join the ambassador program.
As the construction of distributed privacy AI and distributed financial infrastructure is still in its infancy, ambassadors often need to have the ability to operate independently, and the exploration of unknown areas is often long and arduous, so ambassadors also need to have continuous focus and dedication, as well as the relevant ability and resources to match the mission of promoting the growth and development of the community. Therefore, a community member with these valuable qualities, abilities and resources will be considered by us as having more potential to be an outstanding ambassador.

Ambassador Tasks
Completing ambassador tasks is an important way for ambassadors to help the community grow. Ambassadors are required to submit a monthly progress report for the month in a personal post on the forum. The declaration includes a detailed description of the tasks performed during the reporting cycle and the results achieved. After the monthly report is reviewed and confirmed by the Community Council, the corresponding points will be awarded, and the accumulated points will be able to be redeemed for PlatON mainnet LAT.
Tasks that require pre-application for event support funding are also initiated in the ambassador post to seek approval from the council.
Ambassador assignments include but are not limited to

Content publishing tasks: Write/produce (must be original) various types of articles/videos/audio about PlatON/Alaya and publish them on various media or self-publishing.

Offline Activities: Organize offline events such as meetups, workshops, etc.

Delegate Attendance: Represent LatticeX Foundation at various offline and online conferences, meetups, workshops

Collaboration Introduction: Bring more collaboration, promotion or other opportunities to LatticeX that can help expand the LatticeX ecosystem and community

Free Proposal Assignments: In addition to the above, Ambassadors can propose their own assignments to facilitate the development of the LatticeX ecosystem and the expansion of the community.
Community Councils
In order to promote decentralization and transparency in community operations, the governance of the PlatON Global Community Ambassador Program will be carried out by a Community Council.
The Council is composed of community sages, node representatives, media representatives and LatticeX Foundation members.
The first council members will be invited by the LatticeX Foundation. The first council will have the important mission of driving the vision to fruition as the council evolves towards a governance vote under the PoS mechanism.
The council voted on the various operational matters of the Ambassador Program, with major events taking place by conference call and ordinary events voted on directly in the forum.
Ambassadors and Volunteers
The PlatON Global Community Ambassador Program is a long term program with the goal of continuing the growth and development of PlatON’s business, while the PlatON MainNet Launch Prep Communications and Community Working Group volunteers will only support the preparatory work related to the PlatON MainNet Launch.
The Community Ambassador program will be governed by the Community Council, and the Preparatory Working Group volunteers will work primarily with members of the LatticeX Foundation.
Community Ambassadors have a broader range of tasks to choose from and complete to support PlatON’s growth over the long term.
Preparatory Worker volunteers can be doubled up by Community Ambassadors.
We believe that the launch of PlatON’s Mainnet is only the first step in a long journey, and that the long journey ahead will require the continuous support and assistance of the entire community.
