Dear PlatON fellows,
On Feb.20, 2020, PlatON officially announced its new Baleyworld, the last test net version before main net.
In order to facilitate the engagement between PlatON and all community members; verify the security, stability, availability and performance of the upcoming PlatON main net; rehearse the ecosystem building and community building by community nodes that will be taken place in PlatON main net; and rehearse the governance performed by community nodes and members, PlatON launched Galaxy Rally, a large testing campaign on new Baleyworld with 5M LAT bonus pool.
Galaxy Rally consists of Staking Reward , Community Contribution Reward and Tasks Reward , and will be valid til main net is official announced.

How-to Guide
- For nodes：
Step 1: Apply for participating in PlatON Galaxy Rally via: galaxy
Step 2: Prepare a server, and complete the configuration following: https://platonnetwork.github.io/Docs
Step 3: Deploy your node following: https://platonnetwork.github.io/Docs
Step 4: Send your node info over email to: rally@platon.network following:
Theme : Application of Test LAT for Staking in PlatON Galaxy Rally
Content : node name, node ID, node IP, port number, valid wallet address for node staking, contact info including phone number, github username
Step 5: Get test LAT. PlatON Galaxy Rally commission will transfer 2M test LAT for staking to the wallet address you sent. Notice that, the test LAT are used for staking and voting only. Transfer to other accounts or embezzlement are prohibited. Otherwise, you are not qualified for rewards.

For users:
Step 1. Download and install ATON

Note: if you have already installed ATON, and have created your own wallet address before, you can import your wallet directly. More info, please refer to: 已安装过ATON钱包？ATON升级攻略来啦！
Step 2: Get test LAT via: https://developer.platon.network/energon/
Step 3: Participate in PlatON Galaxy Rally, and vote for the node(s) you think is promising.
Rules:
- For nodes, participate in staking and try to improve your ranking during Galaxy Rally, the final rewards will be determined based on the staking ranking.
Top 1: 200,000LAT
Top 2: 150,000LAT
Top 3: 100,000LAT
Top 4–6: 50,000LAT
Top 7–10: 20,000LAT

For users, vote for the most promising node you think during Galaxy Rally. The last block in each settlement interval will be the luck block. The block producer of the luck block will be the luck validator, and the top 5 users who have given top 5 votes for the block producer will be the lucky consignors and rewarded Lucky Block Reward.
Rewards:
Lucky Validator: 100LAT
Lucky Consignor: 20LAT
Tasks Reward
1. Be a Validator:
From Feb.20 to Feb.27, 2020, participants who successfully deploy a node and complete the staking with the test LAT will be a validator.
How-to Guide:
Step 1: Apply for participating in Tasks Reward. Once received the confirmation email from PlatON Galaxy Rally Commission, you are a validator;
Step 2: Prepare a server and deploy a node;
Step 3: Email to rally@plaon.network to apply for the test LAT following:
Theme : Application of Tasks Rewards — Be a Validator
Content : node name, node ID, a valid wallet address for receiving the test LAT
Notice that each node can only apply for test LAT once.
Rule: The rank will be determined by the time sequence PlatON received the application email.
Rewards:
Top 20: 2000LAT
Others: 500LAT
2. Transfer
From Feb.20 to Feb.27, 2020, participants who successfully transfer the required amount of LAT to the specific address will be rewarded.
How-to Guide:
Step 1: Download and install ATON, then create a wallet.
Step 2: Get test LAT via Baleyworld faucet: https://developer.platon.network/energon
or the invitaion link/ QR code shared by validator
Step 3: Transfer 122.2 LAT to 0x4dd4833bc63B20eD10950CAe06fc59999A068C4e
Rule : First transfer first rewarded
Rewards:
Top 100 participants: 50 LAT
Others: 10 LAT
Community Contribution Rewards:
1. The Best Content Contributors
Participants post on PlatON official forum within this week. Posts will be ranked according to the number of views. The top 5 posts will be the best content, and the authors will be rewarded with The Best Content Contributors accordingly. Furthermore, the award-winning posts will be set as the recommended posts and applied by PlatON official platforms.
Note: there is no limit to the content of posts as long as they follow the rules of forum. A kind reminder, introduction on PlatON technologies and tutorials will be more likely to be set as the recommended posts.

Top 5 posts: 300 LAT
Recommended posts: 300 LAT
2. The Largest Node Community
During PlatON Galaxy Rally, nodes can share their invitation link or QR code to invite users to participate in Galaxy Rally. The rank will be determined by the number of participants invited by nodes, and calculated once a week. The top 1 node will be rewarded with The Largest Node Community.
How-to Guide:

Apply for being a validator, then you receive your exclusive invitation link and QR code

Share your invitation link and QR code to as more communities as possible, to finally invite new users to participate in PlatON Galaxy Rally. The more users participated in through your inviation link or QR code, the more likely you will win.
Rewards: 1000 LAT
